Shipping Policy

 

  • Free shipping for orders over $90 before tax and after discounts. 
  • Orders are shipped using various couriers
  • Orders are shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). 
  • Processing time for orders is 2-3 business days, custom portraits are 3-4 weeks unless requested earlier
  • Once shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number (if selected at checkout).

 

SHIPPING COSTS

 

 

For orders below $90, standard shipping costs are:

  • Canada - flat rate of $10-15 CAD depending on standard or express
  • Lettermail (no tracking) - $3-5 CAD
  • International - estimated at checkout

Duties into the US are the responsibility of the buyer.

 

 

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TRAVEL TIMES 

These time frames are for AFTER they have left the studio.

Within Canada:

1-8 business days

Delivery estimates by region for Canada:

  • 2-4 business days (ON) 
  • 2-8 business days (rest of Canada) 

 

To the United States:

4-8* business days

*Orders placed for Alaska and Hawaii will take longer.

 

International:

Timeframes will be quoted at checkout.
