Shipping Policy
- Free shipping for orders over $80 before tax and after discounts.
- Orders are shipped using various couriers
- Orders are shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
- Processing time for orders is 2-3 business days, custom portraits are 3-4 weeks unless requested earlier
- Once shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number (if selected at checkout).

Within Canada:
1-9 business days
Delivery estimates by region for Canada:
- 2-4 business days (ON)
- 2-9 business days (rest of Canada)
To the United States:
4-12* business days
*Orders placed for Alaska and Hawaii will take longer.
International:
Timeframes will be quoted at checkout.
